Joshua grew up in the Shoalhaven and completed his Masters Degree in Chiropractic at Macquarie University, Sydney. After completing his degree, Joshua worked in a private Chiropractic practice in the Northern Illawarra. In 2014, Joshua returned to the Shoalhaven to join the family owned and operated Nowra Allied Health Centre team.
Josh has a keen interest in fitness and sport, this led him to complete his International Certification as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner. He is a lecturer with Sports Medicine Australia and works with various sporting teams as a Sports Chiropractor. Joshua combines traditional hands on manual Chiropractic techniques with exercise prescription and self management techniques. Josh utilises his extensive clinical knowledge to take rehabilitation to the next level through the use of patient specific Clinical Pilates and exercise prescription.

After graduating from Macquarie University in 2012, Gemma went into private practice, working in several multidisciplinary practices in NSW and QLD before moving to the Shoalhaven, where she started working with the team at Basham Chiropractic.
While she's always enjoyed competing in a variety of sports, Gemma's enduring fitness passions are horse riding and swimming. She has worked extensively with both amateur and professional athletes, and loves the challenge of treating sport-specific injuries to get active individuals of all levels back to doing what they love.
Further to her Bachelor and Masters in Chiropractic, Gemma has pursued further studies in neurorehabilitation, dry needling, and is currently completing her International Sports Chiropractic qualification. She uses a variety of assessment and treatment techniques including spinal manipulative therapy (SMT), soft tissue therapies including dry needling, and home rehabilitation exercises, to get to the source of her patients' problems and get them back on track.

After graduating from Macquarie University in 2019, Ellie began working in private practice and aged care within several multidisciplinary settings across NSW.
As a dual-qualified Physiotherapist and Chiropractor, Ellie offers a comprehensive range of care tailored to diverse patient needs.
In her role in aged care, Ellie has developed a special interest in treating the elderly and women, while also enjoying the opportunity to care for families and children. Her passion lies in helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized, hands-on approaches.
